Oxford Hotels is one of
Nigeria's fast growing hotels and leisure companies. We conduct
our hotel and entertainment business both directly and through
entertainment consultants. Through our consultants, we are
well represented in major markets around Nigeria and Africa.
Our operations are grouped into two business segments; hotels
and entertainment operations. Our hotel business emphasizes
the operation of hotels and resorts primarily in the luxury
and upscale segment of the lodging industry.

The hotel industry in Nigeria is highly competitive. Competition
is generally based on quality and consistency of rooms, restaurant,
meeting facilities,services, attractiveness of locations,
availability of communications systems and affordability.
Management believes that we compete favourably in these areas.
Our competitors include other hotel ownership companies, and
national and international hotel brands.
